Chinese youth soccer club hikicker dominated the second annual Jecheon Limjiji National Youth Football Festival, sweeping the 1-3-4 grade trophies.
Held at the Jecheon Soccer Center in Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea, on the 15th and 16th of this month as the 9th Korea Youth Football Association (KYFA) Cup, the Chinese team swept the Grade 3-4 division, which comes with a free winter training trip to Vietnam at the end of the year. With 80 teams competing in the tournament, High Kicker stood out with a dominant performance. The High Kickers, who traveled to Korea on Aug. 8 at the invitation of Cheongju Providence, a youth soccer club based in Cheongju, Chungcheongbuk-do, will remain in the country until Aug. 20. They are gradually absorbing the advantages of Korean soccer through technical and cultural exchanges in the morning and joint training and practice matches with Korean players in the afternoon. During their stay, they also visited a K League stadium and watched top-level Korean professional soccer players in action.
