PSG’s Lee Kang-In benched against Jeonbuk Neymar starts

5 p.m. Paris Saint-Germain-North Hyundai friendly

French professional soccer club Paris Saint-Germain’s (PSG) Lee Kang-in will start the preseason friendly against Jeonbuk Hyundai from the bench.

PSG and Jeonbuk will play the third match of the Coupang Play Series at 5 p.m. on March 3 at the Busan Asiad Stadium.

PSG head coach Luis Enrique has left Lee Kang-in out of the starting lineup. He was named on the substitutes’ bench.

However, it is likely that Lee will play as he had assured the press conference the day before.

“He is in good shape to play. He will definitely play tomorrow. I don’t know how many minutes, but he will definitely play.”

Neymar, the Brazilian superstar striker, will start.

Neymar missed all three matches of the Japan tour before traveling to South Korea. This was due to a minor injury, but he is believed to be back to full fitness.

Neymar was named in the starting lineup alongside Marco Verratti, Danilo Pereira, and Kylian Mbappe’s younger brother, Edouard Mbappe.

Jeonbuk included new strikers Park Jae-yong, Hapa Silva, Tomas Petrasek, Han Kyo-won, Hong Jung-ho, and Moon Sun-min in the starting lineup. Baek Seung-ho and Park Jin-seop are expected to come on in the second half.

Jeonbuk coach Dan Petrescu said, “We plan to play two teams in the first and second halves. 고스톱 We plan to play a maximum of 45 minutes per player.”
