‘English excellence Olympic gold’ unanimous 1st place
Next year at the Paris Olympics, we will select 4 new members

“Golf Empress” Park In-bee (35-photo) is the de facto candidate to represent South Korea in the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Athletes’ Commission election.

According to the Korea Sports Federation on Thursday, 성인웹툰 Park unanimously topped the list of candidates in a closed-door interview with the evaluation committee on Tuesday, beating out Kim So-young (31-badminton), Kim Yeon-kyung (35-volleyball), Lee Dae-hoon (31-taekwondo) and Jin Jong-oh (44-shooting). On the 14th, the Senate also voted to nominate Park In-bee as the Korean candidate for the IOC Athletes’ Commission election. If she passes the Athletes’ Commission, which is scheduled for the 16th and 17th, Park will be the finalized candidate to represent Korea in the IOC Athletes’ Commission election at the Paris Olympics next year.

“Park In-bee’s outstanding ability to speak foreign languages moved the judges,” said an official from the Korean Olympic Committee. During the IOC Athletes’ Commission elections, candidates campaign for Olympic athletes around the world, and if elected, they are automatically appointed as IOC members, traveling the world. For this reason, the IOC stipulates that candidates must be fluent in one of the official languages of the IOC, English and French. Park, 일본야동 who grew up in the U.S., has no problem communicating in English, jokingly appearing on NBC’s “Today” show.

The fact that she is an Olympic gold medalist is also a plus. Park won all four majors on the U.S. Women’s Professional Golf (LPGA) Tour and then went on to win gold at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, completing the first “golden grand slam” in golf history. Park finished tied for 23rd at the Tokyo Olympics last year, but her participation in the Games made her eligible to run for the IOC Athletes’ Commission, which only allows athletes who have participated in the Games or the immediately preceding Games.

For the Paris Games, four new faces will replace the four elected in Rio, including Yoo Seung-min, 41, president of the Korean Table Tennis Association. According to IOC rules, the four new members must be from different sports. Park sees this as an advantage for her. “Golf is a global sport that is played in 227 countries around the world,” Park said, “and I think it’s a great advantage to have a popular athlete representing the sport, as NBA star Pau Gasol, 43, of Spain, was selected for the 2021 Tokyo Olympics.”

“I heard that Mr. Yoo walked 450 kilometers and lost 6 kilograms during his campaign for the Rio Games. 한국야동 I vowed to walk 500 kilometers in Paris and run hard with the goal of losing 10 kilograms.”
