Drew Gagnon (33-Weizhuan Dragons) has been named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2023 Taiwan Professional Baseball League (CPBL).The CPBL held its awards ceremony for the 2023 season on Nov. 21. The regular season MVP was Gagnon, who went 13-7 with a 3.00 ERA and 155 strikeouts.

Gagnon started Game 7 of the Taiwan Series against the Rakuten Monkeys and earned the win with six innings of five-hit ball and three runs (two earned).
