Any cases deemed to involve fraudulent bookings or transactions, such as access through abnormal channels, will be subject to requests for explanatory documents and ticket cancellations,” it said.

The agency urged fans not to purchase tickets through unofficial channels, including personal transactions and premium ticket resale websites, stating that “the organizers, sponsors and ticketing agencies are not responsible for any problems arising from not adhering to the provided guidelines for ticket reservations.”Kim recently received tremendous love for her role as Hong Hae-in in the tvN drama “Queen of Tears,” which concluded last month.
