WKBL held its 27th Extraordinary General Meeting and 3rd Board of Directors on the morning of the 17th at the Conference House Dalgaeby located in Jung-gu, Seoul, to discuss the appointment of directors and registration of changes.

At the extraordinary general meeting, Park Jin-young of KB Bank, Kim Kwang-jae of Shinhan Bank, Kim Chang-geun of Hana Bank, and Noh Jong-geun of BNK Capital 바카라사이트 were appointed as directors.

The board decided to introduce the Asian quota system from the 2024-2025 season. The selection method will be a draft, with a maximum of two players per club and one player on the roster. Salaries will not count against the salary cap and will be 10 million won ($10,000) per month. The Asian Quota for the 2024-2025 season will be open to Japanese nationals, including players in the W-League, and will be selected through tryouts in June.
